1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Plan B governing the right to use the website, applications, and other offerings from Plan B. Users" are referred to as guests or customers who search for and book services and accommodations for use. Plan B also provides "service providers or hosts" with a means to advertise accommodations and offer services. Plan B does not own, control, provide, or manage any of the service provider or hosting advertisements.

2 Terms applicable to guests:

1.2 Guests can search for accommodations, recreational and sporting activities, and other services using criteria such as the type of accommodation and the city in which they wish to stay. and dates of stay. However, Plan B does not guarantee that the search data and results will match, and guests should carefully check the search results.

2.2 Booking Terms: When you complete a booking through Plan B, you are bound by and fully agree to all booking conditions imposed by the service provider. These include the booking change or cancellation policy, no-show policy, check-in and check-out times, and any other conditions imposed on you during your stay or booking, including the services available and/or products provided by the accommodation. 3.2 Upon receiving the booking confirmation and completing the booking, you agree to all the terms of the booking. The booking change or cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements specified in the service provider's listing or during the payment process apply to the booking. These govern the relationship between the user and the service provider. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions of these terms and conditions. 6.2 If you are unable to check in to the accommodation for reasons attributable to you, the reservation will be canceled and the amount will not be refundable, unless the host's terms and conditions state otherwise.

7.2 In general, if you cancel your booking with the host, the refund amount will be determined according to the host's booking change or cancellation policy.

3. Before booking, please check the host's terms and conditions and booking change or cancellation policy and read the details and no-show policy for the accommodation on the rental unit page before completing the booking process. If the guest does not leave on the departure date, the platform and the unit lessor are entitled to deduct the full late-night fee from the user.

4. The user is entitled to a refund from the service provider in the following cases:

-1 The booked unit is not fit for use.

2- The essential facilities advertised for the booked unit or service are not actually available or are unusable. This includes, but is not limited to a difference in the number of beds or rooms, the swimming pool in the booked unit being unusable, etc.

-3 The reserved service is not clean according to customary standards.

4. The service provider refuses to deliver the reserved unit for an unlawful reason.

5. The service is not available on the same date as the reservation.

 

 

 

Types of policies:

Free: The user can cancel the reservation at any time, before the check-in time on the same date of the reservation (the amount will be refunded to the wallet within the Plan B platform).

Strict: The reservation cannot be canceled, and the amount is not refunded.

Flexible: The reservation can be canceled 96 hours (4 days) before the check-in time and the amount will be refunded to the wallet within the Plan B platform. However, in case of cancellation within 96 hours (4 days), a portion of the amount will be deducted according to the percentage set by the service provider, which varies from day to day.

Note: If the user wants the amount refunded to their own account, a bank commission will be deducted from the total amount equals to 10 riyals.

 

- 100 points for every 1000 Qatari Riyals spent

- Every 100 points = 10 Qatari Riyals discount

- Points expire after 6 months

- Points cannot be redeemed for cash, bank transfer, or used on another account

- Points cannot be refunded to the wallet upon cancellation of a booking

 

 

 

5. Cancellation of reservation:

- Some accommodations may apply additional fees for late check-out and early check-in, as required by the host's terms and conditions.

5.4 The host has the right to only hand over the unit to the person who made the reservation and whose verification details are included in the reservation, such as their ID card number, passport number, residence permit number, mobile phone number, and date of birth.

5.5 No fake or speculative reservations may be made in anticipation of demand, and Plan B may cancel without prior notice all reservations made to one or more parties on the same date.

5.6 Not to distort or change the front end of the website or the underlying software.

5.7 Do does not perform any action that may cause unreasonable or disproportionate pressure on the website, application, or its infrastructure. 

5.8 It is your personal responsibility to comply with all Plan B terms, laws, and policies.

6.1  Use of the platform remains at your own risk, and we are in no way responsible for any loss or damage of any kind that you may incur as a result of your use of or visit to the website, your reliance on any statement, opinion, or advertisement on the website, or any delay in operation, communication failure, internet access problems, equipment or software malfunctions, or the behavior or opinions of any person accessing this platform. The platform shall not be liable for any other damages resulting from natural disasters, damages resulting from dealing with the host or others, loss or damage to property, or any other physical damage to the guest. 6.2 Plan B uses all means to ensure the availability of the website and application and the availability of all related services but cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation.

6.3 Plan B shall not be liable in any way for loss, damage, or theft of personal property. In addition, Plan B shall not be liable in any way for the safety of the reserved unit or any damage that may be caused to the guest, including but not limited to differences.

7.1 The platform does not guarantee the availability of any internal facilities at the booked accommodation that you have requested in advance.

7.2 We advise you to always run an antivirus program on all materials downloaded from the Internet. Plan B is not responsible for any loss, interruption, or damage to your data, computer, or any device used for browsing that may occur while connecting to this platform.

7.3 Use of the platform remains at your own risk, and we are in no way responsible for any loss or damage of any kind that you may encounter due to your use or visit to the website, your reliance on any statement, opinion, or advertisement on the website, or that may result from any delay in operation, connection failure, problems accessing the Internet, equipment or software malfunctions, or the behavior or ideas of any person who accesses this website. The platform shall not be liable for any other damages resulting from natural disasters, damages resulting from dealing with the host or others, loss or damage to property, or any other physical damage to the guest. 12.4 The guest agrees to Plan B contacting them and sending them notifications via email, app notifications, and mobile messages. These notifications include promotional messages, service offers, and booking details.

12.5 If the host requests a security deposit, the guest is obligated to pay the security deposit upon arrival and before receiving the reserved unit in accordance with the conditions set by the host. If the guest returns the booked property, product, or service in good condition, the service provider is obligated to return the security deposit to the guest after verifying the condition of the unit and before the next scheduled arrival date. The host agrees to waive the security deposit if there is damage to the booked property.

12.6 In the event of non-compliance with the booking conditions or damage caused by the guest, the host has the right to request the guest's details to be submitted to the relevant authorities, and Plan B is not responsible for their accuracy.

12.7 Scheduled arrival date: This is the fixed date set by the host for receiving the unit.
